Dispatch
We will make our best efforts to dispatch goods no later than two business days after receipt of order. Any period or dates quoted for delivery are to be regarded as approximate only and Techweld NZ Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage or expenses consequent upon any delay in delivery of goods.
Notwithstanding that the title to the goods may not have passed, the risk in goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

Assembly
When a product is shipped in a partially assembled state, unless otherwise stated in writing, it is the customers responsibility to assemble and install, and conduct pre-commision checks.
Liability
You are responsible for insurance and risk on the Products from the time they are dispatched to you. Where goods appear to be damaged or missing you must contact the carrier and Techweld NZ Ltd immediately.
We will make every effort to ensure delivery of goods or performance of services is on time but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from any delay in delivery or performance.
